Condition terms defined.
Excellent: Any flaws on the front are only visible when viewed closely at certain angles or under a loupe, and all flaws are minor, like surface scratches or minor tarnishing.
Great: Minor flaws are visible when looking normally at the piece but the flaws are still insignificant to the enjoyment of the piece, like some tarnish on the front. Under close inspection through a loupe there may be a micro-chip off a stone or a slight crack, but those will be described in the condition section and will not be eye-visible.
Good: There may a crack, chip, strong tarnish, damage to the back of the piece, but overall the piece can still be enjoyed. There will always be a full description of the condition.
Fair to Poor: We very very seldom sell these pieces, but in the rare circumstances that we do, there will be an even fuller and more explicit description.

Returns
We offer hassle free returns.
Our policy lasts 14 days after you have received your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.
