Very charming mid century 14k gold diamond, synthetic sapphire and ruby ring. Apparently unmarked. Engraved with name and year 1956.

Ruby: 5.55mm round cut, minimal wear.
Sapphire: 55mm round cut, heavy surface wear.
Diamond: Old, oval cut circa 0.5ct. Large inverted naturals and inclusions reaching surface.
Gold: Band in excellent condition, a few prongs with wear.
