Very charming little antique 18k gold filigree brooch pin. Behind the glass is gold wire and seed pearls forming an anchor under the sun. The sign reads "See og ??" Hallmarked on the back for 18k gold. Denmark / Norway early 1800s.
Good condition, filigree with wear, glass with scratches, c-clasp might be an early replacement.
